I'd say the Outlander, and Vaylin need to be dropped from 9 to 8. Valkorion was showcasing a edge over their and Arcann's combined power, so it's kind of unbelievable to have them all on the same level when one is so far superior to all of them even collectively, much less individually. Like how big can the gaps between tiers really be?

Tenebrous and Galen are also 8.

I'd contest RotJ Sidious is closer to 10 than 9 though, and that TPM Sidious be a 9.

Dooku based on his placement relative to Sheev and Yoda is probably at least around Tenebrous level. That still gives him massive scaling over Bane.

Well that's the question. Is Valk just so insanely powerful that he can embarrass a tier 9 or are they not really tier 9 to begin with?

I think that's a debate worth having. Valk doesn't really have anything pinning him under Luke or Sheev persay.

Yeah there is definitely an interesting conversation to be had. If we keep Valk on T9 and drop Vaylin/Outlander to T8 then do you drop Arcann to T7 since a vastly pre-prime Vaylin was matching prime Arcann? I'm not sure how you can justify Arcann being decisively below the people in T8.

Kyp should be 8, while Jaina definitely 7

I’d say Kyp should be a high 8. His Dovin Basal feats were impressive. Revan should be low 9 (9.2) and Valk should be .15 above ROTS Sidious. Maybe just .1

Note: Characters are ordered within their respective tiers with the strongest being mentioned first and the weakest last. For example, in tier 10 ("Luke, Sidious (DE), Valkorion, Nyax, Nihilus.") Luke is the strongest and Nihilus is the weakest.

Gonna rank all eras and I'll probably forget a bunch of characters. I'll start at 10 and work my way down to 8 (I don't really care about ranking beyond that). Note that I'll also rank different iterations of a character just to demonstrate a kind of overall hierarchy so the gaps I have between certain characters will become clearer. If I don't specify which version of a character it is that person most likely won't appear on my list again so assume their peak iteration.

Tier 10+: Luke, Sidious (DE), Valkorion, Nyax, Nihilus.

High Tier 9: KF Vader, The Outlander, Unchained Vaylin.

Mid-tier 9: Sidious (ROTS), Yoda (ROTS), Vitiate (SWTOR: Jedi Knight: Act 2), Revan (SWTOR: SOR).

A lot of this is keeping in relation with other characters, and it makes me sick to my anus putting anyone on full FOTJ Luke wank tier. Just sick. This won't be a long list, just some anchors and characters that define a tier for me. Not doing point systems, just assume they're in the same tier even with a disparity unless someone is "far more powerful"

Yeah, they should stay there. Though, imo given that Valk basically manhandled them he should be a tier 10.

I can see a case for either tbh though I'd place him as a very low 9.

Don't have conclusive thoughts on Kyp right now though he's definitely not a 7.

Jaina - 7 or 8?

Definitely a 7. Doesn't have the feats to suggest she's an 8.

Tenebrous - 8 or 9?

Since Lucas likened Dooku's power level to Vader and Maul's, I think this notion that he is somehow close to sheev level can die
