@Vaelias And what have all these obscure characters done to warrant placements? The banned characters list is meant to include those who are either unquantifiable or just don't fit in the ballpark of conventional, mortal Force-users. Granted, it's hard to define something like that exactly, but one should be able to tell which characters qualify on a case-by-case basis.

Also, aren't the Maelibi and Nightmare Demons just species? You can't include entire species as singular characters. Mortis Anakin is also an amped character, so he doesn't count.
