It's impossible to say. Echoes Arcann was > Thexan, however. Valk preferred him because of his personality and attitude towards things, not his greater power or potential. He just wanted a host to unite the galaxy.

i mean, wouldnt he have taken over thexan's body if he did in fact become leader at one point?
