Below Dooku, but above the SWTOR mains, Maul, Ancients etc.

Personally I place him in the same tier as Dooku and Maul, marginally above Dooku and solidly above Maul.

Marginally above Bane/Malgus/Marr at best. Well below Dooku/Maul.

But sub all real high tiers, he is that inbetweener tier like up with krayt and sheev in the echelons of power but below them both, below luke, perhaps below some of the njo guys like vong etc (shimmra particularly) possibly below joruus, but in that same realm of power.

His raw power is disproportionately greater than his skill as a lightsaber duelist. His skill with the Force is top tier. He has insanely enhanced durability and strength, and thanks to being half machine, much of his body his redundant and won't slow him down if lost in a fight.
Vader is a very skilled duelist and "makes up" for the deficiencies of his suit, but that's not to say that he would be just as good of a duelist if he had more traditional cybernetics like Maul's prosthetic legs and the prosthetic arm he had already. The fact he needs to be kept on life support means he is stuck inside this cumbersome suit and will always have limited mobility compared to what he could have.
Vader in a pure lightsaber duel is likely below people like Maul, Kenobi and Dooku but in all likelihood his raw power in the Force is quite a bit greater. The big question is, can he use his power to bridge the gap in their fighting capabilities? Can he tank his way through and find a lethal opening?

Vader is not in any way superior to Yoda or Sidious.

Above the likes of the Act 3 Protags, Ancients, Malgus, Marr, Saba, Katarn ect but not to the point where he can stomp them.
Probably roughly on par with the likes of Maul and SF Malak.
Below the likes of Novel Revan, Arcann, Windu, Dooku, Caedus ect but good enough to give them a fight.

I'm inclined to agree with your placement of Vader/Dooku. I can see him being below Dooku level, but not to the point where he would get "stomped" by him like some others seem to think here
