Form I. Because this is an erratic form which is pretty easy to use but in the hand of true master can become extrordinary.
Form VI. The most efficient one because of the fact that you include the use of your force power directly in your fighting style.

Ataru. What's not to like. Sure it's bad against multiple foes, blaster deflection, has a poor defense, and it's physically demanding but wee it's fast and flashy!
- Djem So since it actually resembles true sword fighting. Good attack and defense.:

Form VII and Form V, I'm a fan of brutal fighting styles.

Joking aside honestly I think with a few exceptions most lightsaber forms are informed weaknesses. Realistically swordfighters have the freedom to make their personal style as multifaceted as they want. Most if not all Ataru and Makashi practitioners are quite proficient in blaster deflection. Despite his expertise in Ataru Qui-Gon style has both a heavy emphasis on defense - see Jedi Apprentice: Rising Force, and footwork - see Jedi Apprentice: Dark Rival/Captive Temple. Most respectable Ataru or Makashi specialists has never succumbed to multiple fodder. Kit Fisto is quite capable in one-on-one dueling despite the informed limitations of his choosen style. Kenobi and Zannah are not pigeonholed to defense though it is their forte. No Form VII practitioner has ever demonstrated poor defense be it Maul, Kota, Mace, or Sidious.

Quote on Jinn's heavy emphasis on defense?

“Who taught you to fight like that?” Qui-Gon asked. The Jedi had
rough features, but his was a sensitive, thoughtful face.
“What do you mean?”
“Students in the Temple rarely attack so viciously. They learn to
defend, to wear one another down. They conserve their strength. Yet you
fought... like a very dangerous man. You left yourself open to attack time
and time again, and relied on the other boy to take the defensive stance.”
“I wanted to end it quickly,
” Obi-Wan said. “The Force allowed it.”
Qui-Gon studied Obi-Wan for a long moment. “I am not so sure. You
cannot always rely upon your enemy to take the defensive stance. Your
fighting style is too dangerous, too risky.”
“You cold teach me better,
” Obi-Wan said evenly. The words invited
the Jedi to ask Obi-Wan to be his Padawan.
But Qui-Gon merely bowed his head. “Perhaps I could,
” he said
slowly. The word caused hope to ride in Obi-Wan. But only a heartbeat
later, it was dashed.
“Or perhaps no one could,
” Qui-Gon continued. “You were angry with
the other boy. I sensed anger in both of you.”
“That’s not why I wanted to win.” Obi-Wan held Qui-Gon’s gaze
steadily, letting him know that he had fought to impress him, to show him
how well he could serve him.
Qui-Gon watched Obi-Wan intently for a long moment, still staring at
him... through him. Hope rose in Obi-Wan again. He’ll ask me now, Obi-
Wan thought. He’ll ask me to be his Padawan.
But Qui-Gon merely said,
“In future fight, rein in your anger. A Jedi
Knight never exhaust himself when battling a stronger foe. And never
expect your enemy to miss an opportunity to do you harm.”

@Kilius
Not really convinced this means Qui-Gon has a heavy emphasis on defense, compared to say, RotS Kenobi or Zannah.
@mastercilghal What about this though:

@mastercilghal What about this though:
A… defensive technique. But effective. Use it if you do not wish to be hit, or if you are facing many opponents with blasters … [but] it merely delays the inevitable.

@meatpants what about this:
Ataru is Qui gon’s lightsaber style.
"He is overconfident. Observe how he handles his lightsaber. He is using Ataru, an aggressive form, best suited for single opponents. You can easily defeat him by encircling him with your companions or by using blaster fire. Be wary of his power attack, however, as it is further enhanced using this form."
Ataru is Qui gon’s lightsaber style.

[Qui-Gon] strides into battle calm and focused, every move calculated and precise. He wields his lightsaber with grace and a refined style.

Probably Soresu and Niman/Jar'Kai. I like Soresu because of its elegance and practicality, and I just find Niman to be pretty underrated/underexplored. Jar'Kai is cool for obvious reasons.
