This is going to be the all-encompassing guide to the power and story of Count Dooku in the newly formed Disney Canon, possibly the greatest you will find.
All these sources I will be providing will be relevant to only the Disney Canon iteration of Dooku and post 2014
I will add any new statements so keep checking up

Pre The Phantom Menace

In Star Wars: Yoda (2022) #4, Yoda states that Dooku is perhaps the best padawan of his generation


In the same issue he has a one panel duel with Yoda and the other padawans are memorized by it



This same duel is shown again in "Star Wars: Age of Republic Count Dooku", where Jak'zin states "Your skill with a lightsaber was simply inspirational"


In Dooku: Jedi lost, Sifo-Dyas stated that he didn't stand a chance against Dooku in a duel


In the same novel Master Sinube says that Dooku is her finest student


In an attempt to get Yoda's attention, Dooku lifts all the things around him with the force (early padawan)


At 17 years old he was confident enough to snap a grown mans neck


He used Sifo-Dyas' ability of premonition to see all possible futures and concluded that every one of them was a nightmare. (He saw the Clone Wars, Palpatine's death at the hands of Jedi Gretz, and the subsequent Jedi takeover, among other events.)


When Dooku's former padawan Rael Averross challenges him to a duel, he implies that they both know all 7 forms of lightsaber combat


Rael engages in different forms of combat, such as sun djem and shiim, while Dooku successfully blocks all of them


He accepted a position on the council


In Tales of the Jedi he defeats Jedi Master Yaddle

This fight isn’t the most significant because Dooku played defensive the entire time, and despite that when Anakin inevitably gets him on the floor he leaves a big opening for Dooku to electrocute him
