As of the modern era, I would say Sheev is the strongest Force nexus, followed by Byss, and then Korriban, and perhaps Dromund Kaas.

It is stronger than Maul, and Obi Wan states that Maul blunting the force is more powerful than the effect of any other nexus he has seen, that includes the Sith homeworld too. Not surprising since it is a Banite nexus used to hoard their holocrons and artifacts for centuries

Lehon, Nathema etc. too are insanely strong. No clue what the strongest is since there is no definite metric for that, although there is the quote on Nathema being the strongest. Byss too is a legitimate contender to be the strongest.
