Well sure, but the way he worded it, and the intended implications weren’t very precise/didn’t come across very well. It’s not really logical to come to the conclusion that SK is the top duelist of the OT bar Sidious purely based on power showboating, which is the only reason he offered.

Luke comes to mind as a legitimate contender against SK.

Then make your case on Luke vs Starkiller.

HP likely expected you to read between the lines, not stating out everything explicitly. Because Starkiller is well known, and because he among many others on this site(including me) is kind of lazy

Ventress should be somewhere on a PT-era top 10, but far outside an overall era top 10.

-the above bracket are very close together, the largest gap is with Windu relative to the others.

Dooku even at that stage probably beats Sheev, Plagueis and Mace.

im not using the gillard thing, cuz that shit is about how the characters are portrayed in the movies, and how he sees them, and not what the factually are, before anybody brings up the good old "but he's an 8 though". within the tier itself, there are obviously some  better than
