Huge doubt. Don't see why Bane should be anywhere near Jinn or Maul, also Kun being above anyone on this list is absurd.

I'd swap Dooku and Mace tbh

Kun scales over the likes of ROTJ Sidious in power and we know he’s An amazing duelist, what makes you think it’s absurd he’s 100% one of the best duelists in galactic history. The skills he fought Kyp shocked Kyp and were more powerful than anything Luke had taught him,

Kun was known for his dueling skills, why would a sith that is knowing for his dueling skills and scales above ROTJ Sidious not be in the top 10 duelists
Also if we look at his first performance against Vodo and then his Last one, the time difference there isn’t very long at all an he goes from overwhelming the best swordsman in the order to downright playing with him and then pretty much one shotting him instantly when Vodo refused to join him.

And why would Bane not be here, he’s fast to the point where he can dodge rain, applying that into combat he’s likely faster than Sidious who relies entirely on force speed in combat.

He also far surpassed Kas’im

Kas’im is stated to be maybe the greatest swordsman ever up to his day which solidly puts him on the top tier,
I wouldn’t put him above Kun though as a lot of Kuns knowledge died with him.
So if Kas’im is the best duelist in galactic history as of Path of Destruction bar Kun this puts him above literally everyone, and Bane far surpassed him by a huge margin, Bane could literally be 2nd or 3rd if hes far surpassed the likes of Kas’im who was a better duelist than literally everyone who came before him

An Maul got ragdolled by Sidious and Quigon was inferior to Maul as a duelist so idk why you would assume those guys are anything amazing let alone anything above Bane or Kun
And also Bane and Kuns feats are far better

Meh I definitely think that Dooku > Mace in terms of overall power but as a duelist I think Mace has the edge, Anakin surpassed both Dooku and Mace in overall power but I think Windu remained the slightly better duelist due to Vaapad, but I for sure think that Anakin Dooku and Mace are all in the same ball park and all very close as duelists

I’d say similar but I’d put Kun below Sidious

The only evidence for Kasi'm being the best duelist as of his time comes from bane's inflated opinion. Don't see any reason Kasi'm should be superior to malak, malgus, etc.

Bane scales below them in overall power but when it comes to dueling and we go off showings Bane easily is more impressive than any of the Banites, his augmentation is still great look at his rain feat where he literally dodges the storm

Bane being more technically skilled though is irrelevant if Plagueis/Tenebrous scales vastly above him in power. Just look at Anakin vs Dooku for example when Dooku is perhaps more technically skilled than Anakin, yet falls flat in a power comparison. The gap between the technicall skill-power gap is way too big for Bane to be more skilled than them.

I 100% understand what you mean and I do agree but based on showings without any scaling of that sort Bane makes it up here and for me his showings are top tier and even a lot of his accolades
