Is baby Yoda his son, or a clone?

Well, he cannot be a clone unless they reversed the aging process, so far it appears he was born at the same time with Anakin so maybe he some sort of a counterpart to Chosen One. Either way, he is cute asf.

He's not a clone. SWT has a habit of making bold claims that are usually wrong.

i am currently watching the mandalorian right now and there is nothing confirming that he is a direct descendant of yoda, but he saves the mando on a couple occasions using the force, so there must be some significance to him. not to mention he is adorable awwh i wish i could hold him

He's not Yoda's son. They even confirmed it. Yoda would not have had a kid, lol.

He's cute. He's a member of Yoda's species. Maaaaaaaybe they'll use the Mandalorian to declare that Yoda's species is actually the Whills or something. No idea. Honestly, I'm happy not knowing, and I'm actively trying not to theorize about it because I just want to be pleasantly surprised by Season 2 like I was by Season 1.
