Who is the most powerful PT character Bane can beat?

Maul isn’t below 30 Tusken Raiders, not sure where that is coming from.

Why deflecting raindrops, that have a terminal velocity of 20 mph is even considered a feat, when padawans can legit deflect blaster bolts 200x faster than that, at minimum?

As for the OP, I don't see Bane being superior to Jinn in sabers and probably AotC Kenobi in the Force, at very best.

Yes, but do you not recall the context as to why? He was focusing on his mission which was time sensitive IE: Capturing the Queen of Naboo. He couldn't waste his time killing when the ship was going to take off as soon as Qui-Gon and Anakin got on board.

The "most powerful Sith" quote is clearly hyperbole/otherwise unreliable, as he is close to Sidious, who is at the time still a bit below Plagueis. He's certainly among the strong ones though. And what reason would Maul have to delay his mission to deal with some stupid Tuskens? He lives to serve Sidious, and Sidious gave him an order.

He retreated to save his strength. He could have beaten them if he wanted to. Never mind Maul beating Qui-Gon and proving to be a challenge for Kenobi, which should beyond a doubt confirm that he is not capped below thirty Sand People. Never mind that they didn't even harm him.

That and Maul dealt with much more dangerous and larger number of enemies than 30 Sand People. I know that you’re not serious about this 30 Tusken thing, but it’s pretty useless to try and convince anyone of it.
