Waru Power Level

I always liked how creepy and strange this character is, but how powerful is this thing?

Waru seemed capable IIRC of healing individuals, though he was not so strong as to return to his own universe without assistance.

He is the Grandson of Tilotny so take from that what you will, but almost certainly near Celestial level, like Typhojem, probably a bit weaker
