Best Inquisitor Ventress level quote

Does anyone have or know where this quote can be found?

Here it is though: 

“The inquisitors should be able to deal with the majority of Jedi, especially in the time period. Probably in the Clone Wars period they wouldn’t do as well. You know, the best inquisitor is probably almost like Ventress but Ventress I would think is more powerful. That’s just my opinion.”

I think there's another quote from Filoni saying that the GI is almost Ventress level, or something along thise lines, I'll look for it and see if I can find it.

Lol, no. I just want to get the grand inquisitor high because I like him to begin with tbh. Nothing to do with the debate

That quote isn’t even close to conclusive enough to say the Grand Inquisitor is ~ Ventress.

It says he's on her tier basically which is all I need.

Do we know for sure the GI is the best Inquisitor?

I don't think It's referring to the Gi, based on the context he seems to be talking about season 2.

Well the quote is up in the air, could he referring to seventh sister since the context seems to be as of season 2

He's talking generally, so it includes the GI.

That wasn't my point. The "best inquisitor" during season 2s timeframes where the master Pa'un is dead would be Seventh sis, this fits with them "calling Vader" something the GI never does but something the group of s2 inqs do on malachor in the season finale

That's me adding ambiguity, don't think I'm reaching, I don't care either way, I'm just curious if that could be argued.

It was made about the s2 premiere. It includes the GI and the other inquisitors. Can dig out the rest of the context if you'd like but the interviewer explicitly says about the season 2 premiere. It was talking about what any of the inquisitors would do if they encountered Obi-Wan.

This just further proves they went completely backwards with the Inquisitors in Rebels tbh..

Well Zenwolf as much as I agree they "suck" in the show we have to reconcile that with their accolades which have them killing 4 Jedi at once or being some of the greatest jedi killers of all time. Especially when we consider most of them are at least knights or masters

Greatest Jedi Killers...doesn't exactly speak volumes considering the amount of Jedi we have seen in this time period and what ones we have seen Vader has dealt with, plus what exactly does that even mean? What Jedi? How good are these Jedi? As far as I recall, there haven't really been any showings for average/generic Jedi numbers 1-100 anywhere. Them being Jedi Killers doesn't give much unless there's supporting evidence.

The same thing with being Knights/Masters, I mean come on, for a Jedi Master the 10th Bro should have been able to kill those fresh outta the tubes Clone Troopers with the backup he had. That was such a poor showing for a Jedi Master. That could have been handled a lot better frankly.

But then...I guess this New Canon is trying to make Force Users more grounded, but at the same time making select few powerful so I suppose I can't be too hard on the new direction.

I dunno, mainly to me, if the GI is suppose to be near Ventress level. It would have made more sense for him to appear later in Rebels as a final boss when both Kanan/Ezra were both better off in their Jedi skill. The other Inquisitors seemed more like the mini bosses before you get to the final boss, so it's just bizarre they did a reverse. 

Because even with the whole "Kanan got this Force amp" or whatever it was that he got, I'm not sure he'd just beat Ventress like that. Yeah sure, Ventress is more powerful, but if you're near someone, the gap can't be that colossal either otherwise you wouldn't be. But anyway, I'm going off here, so moving on.
