From what I've seen, Canon Vader has much, much better feats, while Legends Vader has arguably better scaling, due to how absurd Legends scaling actually gets.

I have yet to see impressive showings by Canon Vader other than accolades. All I see from Canon Vader is low showings and inconsistency.

EU Vader wins. He scales above feats more impressive than the ones canon Vader achieved.
