Where do we hold Rukh as a combatant??

Kinda confused on where to hold canon Rukh

I find him to be kinda...meh. His brief fights with Kanan and Ezra I didn't really find particularly impressive, they were too short for me to really get any indication. Meanwhile, he gets a good fight given by Hera...a pilot first and foremost than a ground pounder and then has to use a stealth generator to fight both Sabine and Zeb.
