Who could beat Prime Yoda?

You can include anyone from the Star Wars universe (except The ones,Abeloth etc..)

GM Luke, Darth Sidious, Valkorion, Nihilus.

The ones said above. KFV, Mace and the Outlander might be able to but I have my doubts.

What's stopping Yoda from getting drained?

900 years worth of experience, the Dark Reaper event (highly unlikely Yoda wouldn’t have learned after that how to better counter drain), and the simple fact that he has both raw power, physicals and lightsaber skill over Nihilus.

ROTS Yoda? Because I'm sure people debunked the idea he was "post prime" by the PT and OT a long time ago. So in that case: Sidious, GM Luke, and some other post ROTJ idiots. Honorable mention to Plaguies who while not as strong as Yoda can compete via haxx and speed

not to mention the highly likely speed advantage, and better control of the force as far as skill goes

Except Ulic only taught it to Anakin and there is no evidence of Yoda learning or even being able to resist drain. I think it was also mentioned that only Anakin would be able to do this. Not only that, Anakin was only able to resist the Dark Reaper for a short period of time and he had to keep a certain distance away from it or he would die. Nihilus's drain was even more powerful than the Reaper. Nihilus also has one of the most powerful TKs in the Star Wars Universe.

So Yoda's main advantage here is lightsaber combat. This by itself turns Yoda's advantage into a disadvantage. The closer Yoda gets to Nihilus, the more dangerous the drain will be (similar to Anakin getting close to the Dark Reaper) and Yoda has to get close to make use of his superior lightsaber abilities. Take into account that Nihilus becomes stronger the more powerful his opponent is in the Force and I see Nihilus being the winner here.
