Meaning he can do it whenever he wants outside combat. It is not combat applicable because you have to be doing many other things simultaneously. But the same is true for any other force user.
Anakin also knows Obi Wan move for move. And that is not the reason. Obi Wan "was" getting tooled by Anakin's tk at the beginning, however, he achieves a new connection to the force and only then can he match Anakin's tk. If move for move really meant anything, Obi Wan should have not gotten tooled at the beginning.

IDk about that. It is possible Obi's familiarity was only able to somewhat dispel Anakin's power because Anakin is still more powerful after all. Anakin was never Tk'd badly as far as I know in the fight so I don't see how this couldn't be the reason. Also, if you are referring to the scene were Kenobi and Anakin have a TK battle It is also possible that Anakin was only attacking while Obi was on the defense.
We also know that Obi's energy persevering style kept him refreshed longer in the fight where Anakin's onslaught would of tired him out faster.

Obi Wan's familiarity doesn't matter because he was still getting tooled even with being familiar. That didn't change in the beginning. The only thing that changed was that Obi Wan grew stronger.
On the contrary, Anakin is stated to be growing stronger throughout the battle.

You have made the point that ragdolls usually happen from people exploiting gaps in other's defenses. Although this never happened to Obi despite Anakin being the much stronger of the two because Obi was already able to anticipate all of Anakin's attacks (whether from his saber or his TK) so there were no gaps for Anakin to exploit. Although, Obi still wasn't strong enough to equal him perfectly in power with his TK or sabers throughout most of the fight.
Obi would of also of been able to negate some of Anakin's TK advantage because Obi was on the defense while Anakin was attacking (because less powerful force users are able to block Tk from more powerful ones). It is easier for someone to defend with TK than attack with it. The point is that Obi would of been tooled harder had he not had any familiarity because Anakin would have been able dominate him with TK like Dooku or Maul did by exploiting gaps in his defense.

If Nihilus can keep the distance, which I highly doubt, he will drain Kenobi to death.
Otherwise if Obi-wan gets near enough, which is most likely going to happen, he will wipe the floor with Nihilus.
Obi-Wan 8-9/10
