Workan wins, based on his clear standing as the second strongest sith in the lost tribe after Vol and for his relatively impressive performance against Luke.

I could be wrong, but speculate that Willy Worka is more evidence of Luke jobbing. And what does it mean to be the best after Vol?

Seems like an easy matchup for me. I'll go with the guy who was "well matched" and provided a "desparate" fight to FotJ Luke, despite being severely injured.

Malak would probably beat Luke if written in to the FOTJ story, same with any battle master level Katarn. Is too thematically important to lose to a guy with a mere paragraph written in his wikipedia article.
