I think you mistake "command" for raw power. A command of the force can reinforce the idea that Revan has more mastery than Traya, but "command of the force" means that he has a better control over it not raw power. Similar to how Vader thinks he has a greater "self possession" of his power in the force as a cyborg, yet I'm sure you would vehemently oppose the idea this refers to Anakin or KFV?

Malak doesn't impress me. Traya's hax is more reliable and I don't think saber skills wouldn't be the deciding factor in this battle.

Why wouldn't he be? Even someone as powerful as Palpatine needed Plaguies for his greater mastery and application of power. Same can be said for TPM Maul, though he was a raw monster of strength he wasn't as refined in his applications like Dooku or Sidious, hence why he stayed with them.

The Sith Empire was completely isolated from the rest of the galaxy at that point in history. There's no evidence any information of Revan's prowess in the force reached the sith Empire
