Overall intelligence: if you mean raw IQ, probably Darth Tenebrous

Combat intelligence (managment of a full scale war, leading troops on a battlefield, situational awareness, et. cet): Thrawn, probably

Force knowledge: Darth Sidious

Wisdom/Philosophy: Very debatable. Kreia, Vergere, Luke in his later years, etc. are all candidates

Science: no idea

  • Overall intelligence - IQ wise, Tenebrous or Valkoion, I guess.

  • Combat intelligence (managment of a full scale war, leading troops on a battlefield, situational awareness, et. cet) - Thrawn.

  • Force knowledge - Sidious. IIRC, he's stated to have more knowledge of the Force than any Sith.

  • Wisdom/Philosophy - Yoda or Kreia.

  • Science - Dr Oggurobb, Tharan Cedrax, or Tag Rogaren (chief engineer and scientist who conceived and designed the Death Star's laser array).

@Azronger Your IQ can change as you get older. Tenebrae as a child was already incredibly intelligent, becoming a lord as a teenager. He's also manipulated thousands of Sith lords into coming to Medriaas and been cunning and charismatic enough to attain the position of emperor in an empire of liars and backstabbers. He's also incredibly perceptive of people's motives and desires, and been clever enough to set up institutions, contingencies and other plans that have kept the Empire and Republic at war for decades.

I know Sidious has similar feats, but Valk has also had hundreds of years to grow intellectually. Since your IQ can increase as you grow older and learn more, he should feasibly have an extremely high IQ, especially considering how intelligent and cunning he was as a child.

All that and he still walked TOWARDS the lightsaber rather than away from it. As you get older your mind also deteriorates and based on that particular instance I think it's fair to say prolongling his life to an unnatural extent such as he did and living in a zombified state probably lowered his IQ, not raised it

You mean like Vader not designing a suit for himself that was far less vulnerable to electricity and which would give him greater agility and ability to harness his power? That kind of IQ deterioration?
