Baras is incredibly overrated but it’s hard to compare characters from 2 different continuities so I’m not sure.

I wouldn't say Darth Baras is overrated because he is a part of the era in which powerful Jedi and Sith were a common theme - the Great Galactic War was started when the Empire was deemed prepared for invading the Republic - it managed to fight its way from the unknown regions to the core worlds, and all but routed a well-prepared Jedi Order. Revan did the impossible however.

Baras was a peer of the EW, even making the Wrath think at one point that he had a very real chance of dying. He's orders of magnitude above Ahsoka.
