Going to be honest and say I haven't a clue what to think of Nihilus, I'd need to see arguments from both sides to make a decision.

Pretty much this for me too. From what I do know, even if one were to argue Kyp is more powerful overall, I'm not sure how he'd counter act Nihilus' drain specifically.

The writer of KOTOR 2 believes Nihilus is inferior to Vader, and that Nihilus and Vader would get wrecked by prime Revan.

In an all-out, morals-on fight, Nihilus should win. Kyp is undoubtedly far more powerful, but Nihilus is not the kind of character you can job around with. His drain is no joke, and if Kyp isn't prepared to give it his all, Nihilus will eat him up in an instant.

Which is literally just his opinion.
Nihilus has just done more impressive things feats wise, tbh.

Durron has undeniably superior telekinesis, and I don’t think Nihilus’s drain will be that effective against him.as such i’d Say he wins.

How is his telekinesis undeniably superior? Malachor V's storms were practically as powerful as the Dovin Basal given that it was literally crushing an actual planet. Yet Nihilus' power prior to absorbing numerous planets and hundreds of elite Jedi was capable of benchpressing an entire fleet out of said storms.
