Anakin/Vader is resistant to drain correct?

He can resist the dark reapers. Nihilus, Vitiate, Revan, Traya, etc have far greater drain.

He knew a technique which let him resist the Dark Reaper, although Nihilus' ability is a bit more multi-faceted and idiosyncratic/savant than the reaper/normal life drain.

Actually it doesn't even matter. KF Vader enters Oneness and absolutely annihilates Nihilus and then figures out how to revive him and then kills him again due to the sheer rage from Padme being kidnapped.

Bonus: ROTJ Vader does the same.

Moral of the story: Don't fuck with Padme or the idea of bringing Padme back to life when Anakin is around

Nihilus' technique might be hard to counter but he also hasn't used it successfully on anyone remotely as powerful as Anakin, and his other combat feats are lacking.

I also don't believe there's a linear relationship between Nihilus' planet lifewiping and how he fares against a single opponent. It could well be that he is able to extend a certain level of power over a given range without being able to perfectly concentrate all of that power into one target.

Nihilus wins in both rounds.

I currently don't have concrete opinions on Nilihus's standing next to the ROTS titans. He slaughters ROTJ Vader though.
