Duo. Mace has a huge growth between CW-RotS  timeline thus I don't think his TPM counterpart could defeat the experienced Obi-Wan and Anakin.

AoTC anakin probably dies in this fight , mace is too much for a young arrogant padawan .
RoTS kenobi would however beat TPM mace i think or at least stalemate him .
i can see no way how pre prime mace could get past obi wans soresu .

anakin might cause some distraction for a while allowing obi wan to deliver a killing blow .

it´s not like mace could one shot him at will or blitz him or anything .
mace has no lightning (like dooku has)
and i doubt he could just ragdoll anakin via TK either with obi wan being present .

and anakin was already capable of dueling AoTC dooku on his own for a while ,
he could certainly keep TPM mace occupied for at least 15-20 seconds and that should be enough time for obi wan to find an opening .

Vaapad won't help in this battle. Kenobi is a LS user meaning there will be nothing for vaapad to reflect.

Meant the style itself. Mace didn't complete Vaapad until 22BBY.

TPM Mace doesn't have it.

As far as I can tell there isn't any difference between juyo and vapaad if you remove Vapaad's reflecting capabilities.
And we don't really know anything about vapaad as an actual technical style in the  way we know ataru has acrobatics for example
