Answer the question as to what TPM Mace has that suggests he can do as well as his ROTS version did.

Let's see what ROTS Mace has over his TPM counterpart: 

13 years of experience. 
13 years of power growth.
Refined his skills and apparently started creating Vaapad post-TPM.
A lack of fear of his own power. 
He no longer doubts his abilities as much. 

And even then, ROTS Mace is at best an equal of ROTS Sidious. TPM Mace gets stomped or loses in a decent fight at best.

Poor mace, there is no way he can win.

You should have just asked in the OP by what margin Sidious wins like ILS did in his threads. Presenting this as a legitimate matchup comes off as trolling regardless of your actual intent.

TPM Mace hasn’t conquered his fear of his inner darkness which enabled him to fight without his Jedi restraint and match Sidious.
