Kanos for a slight majority, probably 6/10 times. His reflexes are good enough to dodge and/or block with his vibrostaff whatever Jango throws at him from range (and if it's Jango's rocket launcher, then Kanos has show numerous times that he and his armor are durable enough to be able to brush off an attack like that), and Kanos is a good enough shot to tag and destroy jango's jetpack, so I don't think Jango's "range advantage" is as big as people think.

And if the fight comes to CQC (which is more then likely what will happen), people would be dumb to say that Kanos doesn't have a CLEAR edge here. Kanos being in possession of a vibrostaff would guarantee him a dub in CQC, and even aside from Kanos having the vibrostaff, he's probably the more skilled H2H fighter of the two as well. So yea, Kanos definitely holds a strong edge in CQC and he would probably win in a fight against Jango because of this.
