Who is the best PT Jedi Kas’im would beat in sabers only?

No one. He's mastered EVERY SEQUENCE of lightsaber combat.

Don't know tbh. Kas'im is probably more skilled than most named characters of that era but we know that physical skill isn't everything, hence the less skilled PoD Bane outmatching Kas'im in a duel via superior command of the Force.

The main four Jedi should beat him same goes with the SIth.

Maybe Cin Drallig and Depa could take him. Not sure about the rest of the Council.

Yeah, could arguably contend with some council masters.

He'd beat up on low-end Council masters but fall to the likes of Mundi & Fisto.

He probably falls short of B-team tier and above.

Where would you rank DoE Bane in sabers only?

I’d place him B-team level, parity with Fisto and Mundi but falls just short of Tiin and Kolar

Below Dooku and TPM Maul in pure sabers but above the B-Team.
