Onslaught Malgus > Novel Vitiate
Prime Vitiate > Onslaught Malgus

Even brink-of-death pooled Vitiate on Yavin IV probably beats Onslaught Malgus. Post-Ziost pooled Vitiate is effectively Valkorion and should one-shot.

Vitiate (KoTOR times) was capable of defeating Revan (Reborn) and his allies all by himself - Lord Scourge foresaw this battle in a powerful vision and it helped shape his decision when the time came. Revan (Reborn) was incredibly powerful by any measure at this point in time - an outlier much like Vitiate among known Force-users.

Even (nearly-destroyed) Vitiate collapsed a huge section of Dark Temple while attempting to bury Hero of Tython and his allies beneath tons of rubble before teleporting to Yavin 4. Dark Temple wasn't standard construction with its walls being thick in the order of meters and being imbued with Sith Sorcery which prevented escape of Sith Spirits trapped within.

So...

The Dark Temple feat is so much more than TK, but sure.

Why?

He shows a decent degree of parity to the Outlander, who had Arn and Tau as back-up. Tau being literally the best warrior in the Jedi Order by then and Arn being a prodigous Jedi in his own right with cybernetic Force-enhancements.

Outlander would one-shot novel Vitiate, probably even flick-wrists. Act III HoT after being noted to have used a lot of reserves and being gimped by the Dark Temple was so far beyond a nearly full-power Voiciate that the Voice was 'no match'.

This Voice would be massively stronger than the Vitiate of three centuries prior given he spent those three centuries feeding on Revan's Force power to grow ever stronger.

One stalemated the outlander. The other almost got killed by a droid. You do the math.

Malgus did a very good job at "stalemating" The Outlander while conceding inferiority and fleeing.

He was closer to stalemating the outlander than Marek was at stomping Vader
