Canon Grievous is inconsistent though.
This is a Legends showing, where an injured Koth pushed back Grievous in a duel. I'd say that's mighty impressive.

Koth has insane pain tolerance, this is noted several times and likely due to his Zabrak physiology as well as his specialisation in abilities like Crucitorn, which allows Jedi to transcend physical pain. Therefore, It's highly unlikely that his injury resulted in any real pain. I am also critical of the excuse that Jedi are at a disadvantage when they only have one arm to fight with, given that most of them choose to fight like this anyway, so unless it's stated somewhere that Koth was operating at a level below baseline because of the blaster bolt wound, I believe this hindrance to be minor.
At best, Eeth Koth's duel with Grievous puts him at around the same level as S2/3 Obi-Wan Kenobi, and this is all he has to his name aside from being one of the 16 'greatest' Jedi alive during TPM. Not sure any of this is enough to put him close to Baras.

i guess it depends on if you think Baras would hold his own against Vader?
Previously to that Koth did well against Grievous, so those feats impress me more
Koth is definitely inferior force wise, so Baras can probably take all out if he abuses his force abilities
