Sidious, though Plagueis is a close second.

As an actual Sith scientist and revolutionary, Plagueis is my all-time favorite. My favorite "founding father" ancient Sith is Karness Murr. I also have an affinity for Skere Kaan and Krayt for their unique orders. Dooku is probably my favorite SW character, but as a Sith I don't consider him to be a valued contributing member as he really just used it as a means to an end. Same for Sidious; boring character with no personality or interesting backstory who is perfect at everything and has no real weaknesses.

Also forget to mentioned Exar Kun. Love his energy and rapid ascension to power
