Saba because of greater durability and being an insanely good fighter (Caedus seeing her as a threat, defeating master Hammer and trying not to kill him, defeating Welk,...)

Maul in an insane fight. Saba has proven she can deal with fighters stronger in the force than her, as seen with Welk. However, she is outclassed in lightsaber skill here.

Maul dominates.

Maul. Saba's durability only comes into play when not being hit by a saber, which is what Maul would be taking her with.
