Fallen Order

Anyone think it looks/sounds good? I’m really looking forward to it despite EA because of Respawn and the fact that it’s supposed to have Sekiro-esque combat, a game I enjoyed.

I am interested in it because Chris Avellone (lead designer of KOTOR 2) took part in it.

Trailer looked pretty cool. Nice to see the Ninth Sister in there. Just hope the game doesn't feel short, like TFU2 did for me.

Looks pretty inoffensive so far, I guess. Not that interested in it though if I’m being honest.

Yeh none of the trailers have been that great. My main worry is the main character, he just seems so generic.
It would be cool if we would've gotten an alien jedi instead.

Or even better a fully customisable Jedi that doesn’t have Padawan tier power and skill:/

At least being Padawan will make the game challenging though

The difference between Padawan and Master power-level probably wouldn't be that obvious in this sort of game anyway.

Genuinely good game. 8.5/10. I still think Cal is kind of generic but he isn't excruciatingly so, and the surrounding characters are quite interesting (especially Cere and Trilla), so overall the plot had a lot going for it. One of my favorite things about the game was how expansive the universe felt/the world-building, and with how much respect the lore was treated, which made Star Wars feel so much more alive and lived in. The gameplay was great as well, so it was a lot of fun to play. Strongly recommend, tbh.

Not sure about you guys, but I much prefer having him as this unstoppable force that we can't defeat. Makes it feel so much better as an appearance.

Wouldn't be much of a point. The first few missions of FO did a better job at character depth and development than most of TFU.

I’m not a big fan of Canon at all but even I can admit that FO was >>>>TfU, even the little droid was more compelling than Galen

FO literally scolded a lesson to TFU. Also TFU is trash and everyone knows it.

No reasoning provided as to why TFU is bad.

No one except HU said it's bad, just that FO is much better.
