It’s difficult to say because Unu was ultimately bested relatively easily by Luke, although Luke had to go all out to pin him, which he would certainly be able to do against Yoda as well. However, I would say Thul’s ability to bend turbolasers is at least a bit more impressive than anything Yoda has done.

It depends on how close Thul is to Luke. If he's close he wins, if he's not (Which honestly seems more likely) he loses.

yoda would win .
raynar is not powerful enough to ragdoll someone like yoda and he is decisively inferior in sabers .
yoda is fast enough and powerful enought to close the gap and not get ragdolled in the process .
he than wins a lightsaber duel handily .
unu was not impressive enough in his battle against luke to convince me he can beat yoda imo .

UnuThul is possibly more powerful, but I'm not sure if he would win in a fight given his inexperience and poor dueling skills.
