DC, reasons for Plo Koon being above Kit Fisto?

Better performance against Ventress from memory (Could be wrong here, these two aren't exactly my forte).

Plo did indeed performed better against Ventress with a broken arm, but that doesn't mean he should be better.

She molests Koon in that duel.

Though he had a broken arm and managed to disarm Ventress iirc? Fisto's performance against Ventress is way worse though Makashi is a direct factor in that fight.
