Arcann being Dooku level is about where he should be. Any higher and we get stances like HoTLander>>>yoda.

OT: Team. Dooku alone could maybe solo. He is far more skilled in lightsaber combat and has far more mastery over the force.

Of course she is. That's not the point. Bane is a beast but next to Plagueis he's nothing. Same with Ventress and Dooku/Arcann.

He held off against Valkorion's Force lightning storm, the excess of which was critically damaging shielded freighters. Valkorion's spirit in this incarnation is also much more powerful than the spirit that deathwaved Ziost. A spirit of Vitiate which dwarfs Dooku in every manner.

But this is prime Arcann, who is far more powerful than the Arcann that we saw tanking that FLS. Go figure.

His arc in KOTET is literally about his redemption and healing the wounds that had held him back. If you let him go, of course. If you don't do that he goes even further into the dark side after you kill Senya and starts throwing around forty foot pillars and gets more powerful that way, to the point he throws down with Vaylin.
