Outlander imo. Vivicar scaling, fulminiss scaling, being ~ or > Vaylin. Bit much for dooku. Outlander should only take 6-7/10 max tho.

Dooku probs beats The Outlander without even drawing his blade tbh. However if Dooku draws the wand he shows The Trashlander what it means to die

he should be equal to/ more powerful than the outlander per scaling imo. obvious technique advantage. quite high probability of better force powers, as well as control and skill. idk about experience. he is older, but that doenst mean more exp. he seems to be a good deal smarter as well. stronger, since he could fight yoda, as well as faster. thats mostly about it, but that seems to be enough for me lol

How is Dooku the most naturally gifted? Luke? Jacen? Kyp? Mace? The Outlander beat Valkorion, if he was not powerful he would've been one-shotted by the 3rd most powerful force user(Valk)

its just a quote about yoda's opinion when he first saw him. dooku has a confirmed yoda lvl talent/potential. mace's is higher tho. the guy was considered to be the chosen one lol not even revan has shit like that.
