The thing is I don't have Yoda and Windu on the same tier, at least from an all out perspective. Sabers only they are peers. But without Vaapad Windu would not have been able to put up the type of fight Yoda did against Sidious. But since Revan Reborn and KotET Arcann are lightside opponents Windu will be unable to use Vaapad and amp himself to Yoda levels. Valkorion despite being considerably weakened drained Ziost without a ritual. Peak Valkorion should be a casual planet eater. In my book that makes him considerably more powerful than Yoda and only definitvely behind GM Luke and DE Sidious.

Boi first of all do you know what power is in the context of Star Wars? Do you understand how and why Vaapad works? Windu is not as natural gifted as Yoda or even Dooku but his mastery of Vaapad places him near equal to the former and superior to the latter. Vaapad doesn’t grant Mace superior TK because Mace is not as gifted in direct destructive tk output but Vaapad allows him to match them in other ways

Vaapad redirects the fury of an opponent turning their own power against them. This is what allowed Windu to compete with Sidious as he turned Sidious's own anger into a weapon he could use against him. I see no evidence that Vaapad would work against the lack of negative emotions found in traditional light side users, or against the positive emotions that Revan Reborn channels. Vaapad wasn't designed to work on light side users which presents a problem in this match up
