Some people think he is solidly below Dooku, other people think he is above him. Other people (sigh) think he is below AOTC Anakin.
Where do you have him?

He's definitely below Dooku for me, but he beats TPM Maul low to mid difficulty, so about there maybe.

We know for a fact that TPM Maul is > ANH Vader. The growth Maul exhibits between TPM and his CW prime is far greater than the growth Vader displays between ANH and RotJ.

I’m not really sure about the validity of Resurrection, even if it does fall in the legends continuity.

It's not even a question anymore if he's below Dooku. Maul vs Vader is interesting though.

Personally I don't think there is reason to think Dooku is so solidly above Vader if you're not looking at it from a movie only perspective

Except the comic is centered around Vader winning that fight. Vader ultimately won by using his durability to his advantage. Vader is still portrayed as the more smarter fighter. Not to mention the phrophets confirmed he is better
ANH Vader>=TPM Maul even if he is not as agile as Maul

Well, we have a g canon quote that indicates that the two are close (this can be put alongside various feats and scaling):
