KOTOR Revan vs ROTJ Vader

Reasons.

I think KOTOR Revan would win. They both have helmets and armor, but Vader is injured from injuries sustained during his battle with Obi-Wan, whereas Revan is in peak physical condition.

KotOR Revan doesn't have a helmet. However, he's likely far more powerful, so he still clobbers

KOTOR Revan.

Vader.

Is this Legends or Canon Vader?

I never said he gets a brand new one. A 2005 comic portraying Revan with his mask as of his battle with Malak gets retconned by Revan not getting his mask back until Meetra gives it to him in the 2011 Revan novel

if he has mask, then revan. otherwise, ill just ask ant how much below TPM kenobi maskless revan is.

That doesn't mean anything considering Revan isn't even in his prime in KOTOR lol

KOTOR Revan's best feat is fighting through an army of Star Forge amped sith/dark jedi as well defeating Amped Malak. But I personally don't think Malak or any of those sith are above Vader.

Why is Vader above what KOTOR Revan could do?

KOTOR Revan to be honest. 

He fought through many Sith and Dark Jedi, defeated Bastilla 3 times and then defeated Malak. And he did all this whilst being hindered by the Star Forge and all the others were amped. Malak was not only amped by the Forge, but he even utilized drain from the Jedi victims to replenish himself as well. An amped Malak alone is an impressive feat.

Low ass pond scum like Sigel Dare went through equally tough if not more challenging gauntlets than KOTOR Revan. Vader drags KOTOR Revan’s ass to Vaes Dothrak and leaves him there for a Shadow Guard to kill him

Why not?

Malak's army consisted of featless Sith Troopers and Dark Jedi who are well below Vader's paygrade. Amped Malak lost to an arguably tired Revan who had just finished going through Malak's army as well as Star Forge Battle Droids. Malak just isn't as impressive as Vader.
