How large is the gap between TPM Obi-Wan Kenobi and AotC Obi-Wan Kenobi

Pretty significant. He’s mastered Soresu to the point that he was pretty easily handling Jango Fett’s monstrous skill with a blaster, and was decently handling cruiser-piercing fire from an E-web turret on a strong DS nexus. Basically, he’d mastered Soresu by a greater extent in AOTC than he’d mastered Ataru by TPM, and Soresu allows the user to establish a greater inner connection to the currents of the Force—which, for example, was demonstrated against Durge 4 months post AOTC.

So yeah, the gap’s pretty significant

TPM Kenobi > ROTJ Sidious >>> Count Dooku >> AOTC Kenobi

if anything he deteriorated or didn't show his full power

Basically this. 

Plus in TPM Kenobi's been put as a 6-7 whereas in AOTC he's just a 7. Possibly a low 7 depending how you view his performance against Fisto in the months after.

its a ten year gap i say aotc kenobi could replicate with ease the maul fight without too much trouble

As offensive duelists little to none. They are both tier 7 duelists. A ten year gap between a fully matured 25 year old at the closing stages of his training and a settled 35 year old isn’t like one between that of a still developing 18 year old and a 28 year old. Particularly when all he’s been doing is his routine Jedi missions not fighting on the frontline day and night.

His Soresu skills however are significantly better than his Ataru skills even at this point in time. So the overall gap is decent.

I think from TPM to AotC, Obi-Wan's raw stamina and speed decreased, and that even though his strength in the Force increased, AotC Obi-Wan leveraged his speed less than his TPM self because he retooled his fighting style for a more passive, measured and defensive approach.

Well even at the least his Soresu got up to a 7.

That and he consistently wrongly quotes tiers meaning it is best to stick with the one quoted many times in published material

Gillard is irrelevant when assessing Kenobi's growth anyway. But my stance on this will be posted in my SS with LOTL whenever he replies.
