A post-prime Kenobi already proved he was equal to or superior to Vader as of ANH and I'm not convinced Vader made up the gap between ANH Kenobi and ROTS Kenobi by ROTJ.

IH Anakin easily beat Dooku and Yoda is above him. Hence, Yoda grew vastly during the Clone Wars.

Post prime in sabers and physically, sure. We know he grew more powerful, so no idea why you are using that.

It could be that he and ROTS Kenobi are close enough.

Vader's cybernetic augmentation already gives him superior strength than Anakin, adding his own strength by augmentation on top of that makes him a physical monster and Kenobi had to deal with that so evidently, his force increase compensated for his physical decrease to a great margin, making him effectively close enough to ROTS Kenobi.

Then we have him growing vastly from ANH to ESB. And no, there is no disregarding quotes from a source just because other quotes in the same source are wrong. If one does that consistently, instead of how that has been applied to Vader's case, then we'd be disregarding a great many number of sources that clearly are used very often on this site.
