Vitiate wins handily. Meetra is above all of these guys, Scourge should be around their level (but not too far below because he’s around Meetra’s level on Kaas), and Revan is also above all these guys and Vitiate beat them.

What are everyone's reasons?

Vitiate wins. Scourge and Traya are weaker than Meetra and Scourge, and if Nihilus tries to fight Vitiate through the Force he'll lose (whereas Revan at least tried to close the distance).

Sion and Traya*

Sion gets mentally violated;Traya gets one/two shotted - and Nihilus, while he will fight valiantly, falls to Vitiate's superior mastery in the Force.

In theory, I would agree with you. In practice, however, I don't think it's that simple - a team of a badly burned Revan, Scourge, and Meetra had a 50% chance of taking Vitiate out before Imperial Guardsmen could bust into the room. I'd say Nihilus is stronger than anyone on that team, and the unique attributes of his aura will ensure Vitiate gets weaker over time while he gets stronger, and actively feeding on him would expedite the process (not to mention his godlike telekinesis). Traya and Sion can still pose a sufficient threat as distractions considering Meetra throwing her saber left Vitiate flabbergasted, and T3 firing a flamethrower forced him to break his assault on Revan to focus on shielding himself; Traya here is "a master of kinetic combat" with her three floating lightsabers, and Sion's quasi-immortality can be used to feign defeat to strike at his unsuspecting foe when he's occupied with something else.

Vitiate could potentially TP all 3 of them tbh.

I think the argument can be made that he is, but I'm not sure if that translates into combat ability. Revan was prepared against Vitiate's TP, and he used his combat speed and lightsaber to deflect Vitiate's lightning bolts; Nihilus would likely try to take Vitiate through sheer Force power, and would likely fail.

I mean, could they even make it into Vitiate's room in the first place? I suppose we're just ignoring that part? And IIRC Revan had to teach Scourge and Meetra specialized TP defenses, which none of the triumvirate would be familiar with.

Nihilus has insane TK feats that can potentially allow him to carry his team while Traya and Sion provide support.

I will make a case later.
