The meaning of deadly is irrelevant given that the accolade says "dangerous", though that's admittedly just as ambiguous. Regardless, note that the case for Muur's growth isn't at all contingent on the "dangerous" quote - that's simply used as supplementary evidence - but rather his feats and accolades placing him far beyond his living iteration.

Spirit Muur's feats aren't anything special. All he did was fry Vong Krayt who was kind of useless anyway.

What about Vader's testimony that he's ~ Sidious?

Contradicted by the fact he was resisted by a sub Draay Jedi. The only plausible explanation to that is Vader was retarded then.

I don't think Vader (especially at that time) had a full scope of Sidious's abilities.
