He should be relative to The Outlander as of Onslaught albeit inferior. Kun is buried too far below The Outlander.AUDITOR wrote:Why so?

FE Malgus wins and even half that power, half that again and it's getting closer to Kun who is below Thanaton. All the cinematic versions of Malgus lose. Only apprentice Kun dies to them.

Onslaught Malgus should take it in a good fight in CQC. If sorcery or the more destructive Force abilities come into play, he's a goner.

Kun wins via being far more powerful and vastly more knowledgeable.

By being below SF Malak who in turn is below KotOR Revan who in turn is below Novel Revan and so on. Even if we are to ignore the Malak quote his feats place him at Novel Vitiate level which is still far below The Outlander.LadyKulvax wrote:KingKopecz wrote:Kun is buried too far below The Outlander.AUDITOR wrote:Why so?

1.SWTOR:E has relegated Malak to being beneath the Dark Lords on Korriban.
2.How is Kun's feats only novel Vitiate level? He's got vastly superior ones.

Didn’t Ant already debate you on this? SWTOR:E didn’t place Malak below Dark Lords on Korriban at all.LadyKulvax wrote:1.SWTOR:E has relegated Malak to being beneath the Dark Lords on Korriban.

What? He didn't reply. SWTOR:E states that the Dark Lords buried on Korriban were history's most powerful Sith. Kun's considered a present Sith trapped on Yavin IV as is evident in the Timeline, etc.

First and foremost, the so-called novel Vitiate isn't buried under scaling chains (this is a misconception) - it is just that his story could be told in a better manner than what we have in Revan - but there are numerous ways to counter-scale him in view of latest updates. Secondly, Revan (Reborn) is among the most powerful Force-users, let alone a Jedi. His powers are not restricted to the Light and his mindset is rock solid. Darth Gravid (a Bannite Sith) attempted to achieve similar enlightenment but lost his mind in the process, and Darth Plagueis reiterated as much while discussing him. And yes, Darth Malak was indeed a big thing on Star Forge - unusually strong in this capacity. In other words, Exar Kun does have significant competition lately and topped.
Since when is defeating Revan [Reborn] an anti-feat by the way? Doesn't make an iota of sense. This absurdity needs to be nipped in the bud.

There’s literally a quote that says Malak, Bane, Krayt, Sidious, Vader and Kun are some of the most powerful human Sith Lords. By your logic that means they are the top 6.LadyKulvax wrote:What? This too:
Some of history's most powerful Force-users trained in the halls of the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine. Only students with great potential were admitted, and while the rigorous training produced exceptional Jedi, the fall of several notable students to the dark side cast a pall on the institution's legacy. Exar Kun, Darth Revan, and Darth Malak all trained at the enclave on Dantooine. - From (Star Wars: The Old Republic: Knights of the Eternal Throne: Codex Entry titled "Jedi Enclave Ruins.")
Now that is Darth Revan.
Revan (Reborn) scales from that.

The 'some' part of that quote makes it useless. This quote does not suffer from the same:
Korriban, Star Wars the Old Republic: Encyclopedia wrote:Sith acolytes spill blood and prove their strength in the mausoleums of history's most powerful and legendary Sith Lords.

What feats did Malgus gain in Onslaught apart from giving Outlander a hard fight?
OT: Malgus probably gives Kun a good fight in sabers but the gap in their force abilities is wide.
