Aside from the fact he's hard confirmed to be below Mara and soft confirmed below Kyle, 

When I was still a teenager, I was able to reach into the gravity well of a gas giant and pull a spacecraft out of it. That's something that not many Masters could accomplish. I could do it because I was strong in the Force ... and because I had absolute faith in my right, my need to use that craft for a specific purpose. But I doubt I could do it today. I'm no weaker in the Force, and I'm a lot more skilled... but today I'd know that my intended purpose was not a good one, and this knowledge would deny me the focus I needed then to perform that task. So was I a Master then, or am I a Master now?"

Kyp states that he's unable to replicate his old feats due to lack of purpose, state of mind and such. He's constantly mentally hindering himself as Luke was throughout the entirety of the NJO.

How tf are they above Caedus when it was stated there’s only one person that can defeat him

The only person who says this is Caedus who has an ego the size of the outer rim. Katarn and Mara actually do defeat Caedus despite unfavourable circumstance. In both fights Jacen only barely survives via cheap shot.

On what basis??? Sure, Cade hasn't done anything on that level with Telekinesis, but how exactly does that compare to Cade's combat feats (e.g. fighting on a similar level to Reborn Krayt) - what makes you think it's better (let alone 10 times better)?
