Angral wins fairly easily.

Per the time of the Sacking of Coruscant, Darth Angral was the superior of Darth Malgus and at least I get the impression that he’s superior to Malgus during the beginning of Deceived. How he compared to later incarnations of Malgus is debatable, but this same Malgus has had about 28 years worth of growth and experience between this point and his fight with Kao Cen Darach during the Battle of Korriban.

As a result of this, I think that Angral would be the winner here.
