Valkorion vs. Darth Nihilus

Who would win in a battle? They are both very strong

Looking at base levels, Valkorion is more powerful than Nihilus. So the only cases for Nihilus would be if he could drain Valkorion or that Nihilus gets stronger the more powerful his opponent is.

Valkorion is far more powerful, is far more knowledgeable and more cunning. He wins.

Valkorion is not a living being; his immortality is a substantial countermeasure to Drain Force and similar applications; this is apparent from his experiments on the Hands, and his ability to cheat death on top. Otherwise, his Sith followers would have found a way to undermine him.

Valkorion also have the ability to completely mask his signature, which will confuse Darth Nihilus; Darth Traya hinted that this tactic could work.

Valkorion also have the capability to affect Force ghosts and Sith spirits.

Essentially all the characteristics which can be put to good use to overcome even an anomaly such as Darth Nihilus.

I doubt Valkorion would even need to resort to other characteristics to be honest. He is already canonically superior to Nihilus. Nihilus's main chance here is if he could drain him otherwise Nihilus gets slapped.

valk one shoots there is nothing nihilus can do against him and im pretty sure the bearded guy has a defence for drain.
