TFU Shaak Ti vs ROTS Shaak ti

I'm pretty sure she is stated to increase. So TFU should sweep. But only marginally.

It depends how good Shaak Ti was during ROTS, since she loses to someone massively sub-ROTJ Vader, who's inferior to TPM Kenobi as a swordsman. For all we know, she probably declined. Either that or she was always that trash.

She probably did decline since she couldn't stay in practice as often. Even during ROTS she's Fisto level at best.

 Nah according to the TFU CG, Ti, Obi and Yoda among other Jedi in hiding did continue to train and practice their Force/Saber skills. Plus Ti was training an apprentice.

That doesn't necessarily mean she got any better.
