Hardest hitter?

Who are the top 3 hardest hitters 

Per feats (overpowering a strong character counts, or hurting a durable character counts)

and 

Per scaling AND feats.

The hardest hitter character I can think of his Chewbacca, the Wookiee took down a rancor in combat with nothing but a staff, so his striking power should be crazy. I can't really recall any character hitting that hard.

A bit it's probably an outlier, but that's what comes to mind when I think of hardest hitter for feats.
