Best fighters per era?

Who were the 5 best fighters (not only dueling, but overall fighting) in each of these eras:

Tales of the Jedi (all of its volumes, from first to last)

Old republic era (everything covering this era counts- games, novels, comics, etc)

Bane's era (from first to last book)

PT era (from Plagueis' novel to Revenge of the Sith, all novels, comics, games, etc being considered)
 
Rebels/Post ROTS/Pre NJO era (from ROTS to DE)

NJO era (Post DE to pre Legacy era comics)

Legacy era (all comics/covering this era count, up until Krayt's death)

By fighting, are you equalizing Force power and asking for lightsaber skills + relevant Force power mastery and application? As in, would you include someone like Abeloth who is infinitely potent but zero fighting skills?

The Old Republic era encompasses all of Tales of the Jedi, the first Bane book and parts of the second book. You might want to readjust the time period to The Old Republic multimedia project and include the first KotOR for good measure.

Tales of the Jedi (all of its volumes, from first to last) - No idea. My knowledge of this is pretty limited.

Old republic era (everything covering this era counts- games, novels, comics, etc) - Outlander, Revan, Malgus, Arcann, Vaylin.
 
Bane's era (from first to last book) - Not sure about this, either.

PT era (from Plagueis' novel to Revenge of the Sith, all novels, comics, games, etc being considered) - Yoda/Mace, Sidious, Anakin, Dooku.
 
Rebels/Post ROTS/Pre NJO era (from ROTS to DE) - Sidious, Yoda, Vader/Luke, Ben Kenobi. 


NJO era (Post DE to pre Legacy era comics) - Luke, Caedus, Krayt, not sure after this.

Legacy era (all comics/covering this era count, up until Krayt's death) - Krayt, Cade, Taalon, Nihl, Shado Vao.


I'm assuming speed and power are equalised but every combatant has their natural and other augmented physicals untouched. 

No supernatural augmentation, just normal skill
